(China Sky) is engaged, through its People’s Republic of China-based indirect subsidiaries, in the development, manufacture, marketing and sale of over-the-counter, branded nutritional supplements and over-the-counter plant and herb based pharmaceutical and medicinal products. The Company’s principal products are external use Traditional Chinese Herbal Remedies/ Medicines (TCM). The Company is an integrated manufacturer, marketer and distributor of external use Chinese medicine products sold primarily in People’s Republic of China. All of its business is conducted in the People’s Republic of China, through its indirect subsidiary, Harbin Tian Di Ren Medical Science and Technology Company (TDR) and TDR’s subsidiaries. In April 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of Heilongjiang Tianlong Pharmaceutical, Inc. (Tianlong). In September 2008, China Sky announced that it has completed the acquisition of Peng Lai Jin Chuang Company (Jin Chuang).
